Most commonly Samantabhadra is represented in Yabyum union with his female aspect Samantabhadri, but here he is alone. Samantabhadra is Adi Buddha and represents the ultimate reality of Buddhist religion. The two lower figures may represent the quest for enlightenment of the Siddhas (the figure to the left) and the Lamas (the figure to the right) arising from Samantabhadra.
