God of culture and literature ‘Wenchang Dijun’ 文昌 帝君 seated on a throne
With a tablet in the raised hands
The head is adorned with a detailed headdress
Graceful, strong facial expressions
Dressed in a long, richly pleated garment with ornate hems
On a wooden base (later)
Sealed base
Height of figure: 28.5 cm.
Good condition

Condition:
The bronze is in good condition for its age with usual signs of use such as gold and color wear. Loss of material on the back and at the lower edge. The height of the figure measures 28.5 cm.
