Written Reports
Written reports are $225 per hour with a three-hour minimum. A report can be in PDF form or bound copy. The appraisal includes: examination of property, color photographs, a description following the Getty Descriptive Standard, and a current market discussion for the intended use (i.e. charitable contribution, estate tax) to determine appropriate type of value. Charitable Contribution appraisal reports have been designed by the guidelines set forth by the IRS for reporting non-cash contributions for values in excess of $5,000. Estate appraisal reports have been designed by the guidelines for reporting personal tangible property under Federal Estate Tax Return Form 706, Schedule F.

On-site Walk Through
Oral consultation services are $200 per hour with no hourly minimum. The decision to sell, downsize or equitably divide one's personal property may be necessitated by retirement, relocation, divorce, or the combining of two households. If you are the executor of an estate, you may be responsible for disposal of the contents of a relative's home. Collectors and families benefit from information and services offered. There is a $75 per hour actual travel time charge round trip to inspection site.

Office Consultation
Office visits are $200 per hour with no hourly minimum. An appointment may be scheduled and the property brought to Cynthia Shaver. There is no written documentation provided.
