Detail: The exhibition will focus on theChenghua chicken cupsand will also showcase important representatives of ChenghuaDoucai porcelain, excellent calligraphy and paintings fromthe period, and a lot of precious literary documents. It will also combine modern images to restore and enter into the mindworld ofthe Chenghua Emperor Zhu Jianshen to learn about the social, cultural and arts changes in China during his governance, re-understand the emperor,as well asa real turning point in the Ming dynasty: the emergence of the Burghers Class, the prosperity of culture and the arts and the new spirit of the age. Waking dormant, ancient secrets and opening the gatesof history to discover the real creativity of the Ming dynasty is the purpose of this exhibition.
