This tile is a ceramic insert produced by cutting a slab already covered in monochrome glazing, then fired. The floral decoration has been produced in an ornate turquoise, dark blue and aubergine on a white background, counting it amongst the most famous glazed tiles of the production of the Ottoman Empire in the Syrian area and assigning it the name "Iznik, group of Damascus”.
