Fitzwilliam Ltd. President, Andrew Rogers, opened his first gallery, Gompa, in London's Camden Passage in 1972 - specialising in Tibetan and other Himalayan antiques. A second gallery, Yantra, soon followed in Amsterdam. These two venues provided the initial introductions which soon enabled a change to private dealing with leading museums, collectors and other dealers worldwide. For most of the last twenty years Andrew has lived in Thailand, where his wife Kanittha operates the newly opened Acala Gallery in the River City Antique Centre. Specialities include the arts of Tibet, Nepal, India, Cambodia, Thailand, Burma and China. All enquiries by email, relating to the antique arts of these areas, will be promptly answered. |
