Subject:Thai "Silk Weaving" Anyone Know What This Is?
Posted By: Brandon Sun, Nov 15, 2009 IP: 97.120.107.23 Hi I picked this up at a thrift store but I have no idea what it is - I would like to know what the 'weaving' depicts, and if this is a known thai art form. I searched google for thai silk weaving but couldn't find anything like this. I think the pattern may be painted instead of weaved, but I don't know how to tell, since it's behind glass. |
