I have had this tiger feather art painting for over 30 years and do not know who the artist is and form what era it was done. All of the foreground and tiger is done using feathers. There is a faint moon painted in the background and I believe the title is something like 'The rising of a new moon".
Could anyone help me with the artists name, the date or the true title of this painting?
