Subject:What is this?
Posted By: VeraHolme Sun, Mar 07, 2010 IP: 86.144.37.29 I've inherited a small metal object from my father, 4.5cm high, with 8 strange designs round it. There are no markings on the base, just a line of solder where the base is joined on. I wondered if it was a vase, and if so whether it could be Japanese. Would be really grateful for any thoughts.
