Hello Yurike,
The essential shape of your vase resembles a type that came out during the Daoguang reign, and the elephant handles probably date it a bit later to the Tongzhi or Guangxu period in my opinion.
Where your vase has a distinct line around its shoulder, many of the Daoguang period vases had a ruffled collar that separated neck from shoulder.
This version of the Qianlong mark has a quirk that I associate with the late 19th-early 20th century. The radical on the 'long' (4th) character is written with its second stroke compressed so that what should have been two waves in it are compressed into hardly one. Not close and no cigar.
FYI there's a decent gallery of period reign marks, kaishu and zhuanshu, at teadust.com.
Best regards,
Bill H.
