Subject:2nd Japanese Print

This is the second print my father bought for 50 cents back in WWII, from a Japanese neighbor selling his belongs before going to the internment camp. I like this one a lot. Unfortunately, someone had glued it to a harder paper, and some of it tore. That is why some of the image is under the frame. I wanted to show as much as I could, so a tear is also showing. This paper looks much older than the other print I have. I can't find any information on a print with a man riding a bull, fishermen and naked boys! Anything you can give me is more than I know, and I would be grateful! Thank you. Everyone here is so helpful.
