Subject:Curious bronze turtles

I have had these for a while, and have had no luck identifying them.
The one in the shell looks like a dragon turtle, but it looks like it is in an egg and the small one is on top.
Overall it is about 12cm x6cm.
Has anyone seen anything similar or know anything about it or the symbology?
