My Fiancée bought this vase for us on the street in Guangzhou. Now she is not a foreigner, she is Chinese and has lived here all her life. The woman said the vase had been in her family for a while (I know people lie). Either way she thought it was beautiful and the price was right so we bought it. I'm just curious about any information anyone can provide on this piece. I'm not to concerned if it is fake or a reproduction I would just like to hear from people who know.

Posted By: kk Fri, Apr 09, 2010 This is a old piece. Late Qing /republic period, but not Qianlong. You Fiancée will probably not buy it if it is Qianlong.
