Large framed Japanese painting w/ some engraving and ink on hard white board. Any info or comments from the forum would be welcome..Thanks.

Terri,

This "artwork" is a derivative of a Japanese woodblock print. The "signature" is a bunch of chicken-scratchings that crudely imitate Utamaro's signature. It is based on a mirror image of the middle panel of the triptych in the link below.
