Hi guys...Picked this piece up at auction assuming it was a modern repro, but now I am not sure..
Corresponds to the shape of other pieces in different celadon glazes but of the same archaic shape..
Has gray glaze and one set of crackles...
Built up vertically in three segments..
Has extremely dark purple black clay base..
Signs of age and wear...
Are later repro's even made using authentic clays?
