Seems to be nr 352 out of an edition of 1000 (woodblock?) prints.

The subject is a 'maiko' (synonym for 'geisha' in Kyoto) with mention of the name 'Koiso Ryohei', sealed 'Koiso'.

I have trouble in reading the publisher's name at the base of the label.
The mention in the circle reads 'han-saiga' or color edition, suggesting that there also could be a B&W version.
