Subject:Chinese carved lacquer box - how old is it?

Some years ago I have bought this small box not knowing what it was, and just guessing it could be chinese. Also the antique dealer had no idea of what it was made and thought it had something to do with the 3. Reich due to the swastika. Now that I researched it I am sure it is real lacquer, as the layers of laquer are clearly visible. Also it has a wooden core that is covered with cloth. This can be seen at the rim where the lacquer has chipped of. All of the boxes in similar shape I have seen so far are dated to the Qianlong period. Would this be right also for my box? Thank you in advance for your help for once again!
