Hello, I would be very appreciate if anybody give me some information about this statue, mark,

size 20.5 cm appx. 1030 grams

Your Buddha is modern possibly as old as 40 years, but most likely a lot less.
Similar Buddhas are made in Nepal, India and China in large numbers.
The mark which I am unable to translate suggests this one probably has a Chinese origin.

The mark reads Great Ming Xuande. The Ming Xuande reign ran from 1426 to 1435AD but your Buddha is probably 500 to 575 years later.
