Subject:Help ID Chinese Mark!

Posted By: john Wed, May 01, 2013 The characters are "Cheng Hua Nian Zhi". "Cheng Hua" is the years between 1457 to 1487. "Nian" means "Year". And "Zhi" means "Made". |

Posted By: Bill H Thu, May 02, 2013 You might wish to use the forum's search feature, toward the right side, near the top of the page, to search the term "chenghua". This will bring up earlier threads concerning vases with the mark, perhaps among them some that resemble yours, which probably aren't of the period. |
