Subject:artist seals on silk painting

hi,
i'm new to this forum and to asian art as well....
is it possible to tell who painted this little picture?
it shows three seals, two at the left lower corner and a single seal at the right lower corner.
it's quite well painted in my opinion. on the backside of the frame it has an artist traders sticker "kunsthandlung goyert cologne" "chinese painting" "bird on a twig"
looks like a 1950s t0 1960s frame.
would be grat to get an answer.
