Subject:Chinese Tongzhi Mark Hexagonal Jar

I have a jar here and I would like to know when it was made and how you came to that conclusion as well as any other relevant information you can share. Also I believe the mark is stamped but the decoration is done by hand and am curious if I am correct.

The dimensions are 9.75" x 9.75" x 11". The jar is heavily potted and weighs approximately 6 lbs.
