Posted By: Bill H Sun, May 19, 2013 The mark reads down as "Kutani, Seikan", with "Seikan" simplified as 请闲. This mark also appears in the GBouvier online archive of Kutani marks, but misread as "Seikai". It also is among the Kutani marks in the James Lord Bowes book of 1882, where both entries are shown written more in standard forms, with "Seikan" as 清閑.
