Subject:Little Japanese? enamelled vase - Help with Age & ID please!!

I think this is a Japanese vase, but this is only my gut feeling based on it's design. It is 4.5" tall and 2.7" wide in body. It has multi coloured flower enamels and two scroll handles with lots of surface crazing to cream back ground glaze. Some iron spots in it's base rim. I would love some more information on this pretty little vase like it's age and maybe it maker etc.
Any help most welcome.
