Subject:Silver Enamelled Bamboo Glazed Pot - AGE & ID helps please !!

I think this is a Japanese vase, but this is only my gut feeling based on it's design. It is 4.7/8" tall and 2.25" wide in body. It has a deep olive green gloss glaze and two top applied scroll handles. It's body has a wonderful bamboo design which I think is in a silver enamel. I say silver because the design has now gone black like it has tarnished. I would love some more information on this pretty little vase like it's age and may be it maker etc.
