Subject:Print Id. Help, Please

Was recently given this print. Nicely framed, print size is 15 x 23, interesting image of four men at a gaming table of some sort, with a mountain scene background. The seal is pretty worn, but have posted a photo anyway, and will try for a better closeup. Haven't been able to find the image on line, so will be most grateful for any information about the print, the artist and/or the significance of the images. My thanks in advance.
