Subject:Kinkozan - Hododa - Meizan ?

Could someone identify this sign on vase from ebay auction? eBay item number:182488365948
Any info or opinions would be much appreciated.

In all honesty I can't read the first 2 characters, this kind of Japanese cursive Kanji is just to hard for me. The bottom character is "Sei" 製 (= made by).

But it's certainly not Kinkozan 錦光山, Hododa (Hotoda) 保土田 or Meizan 明山.
