Hello everyone,

Could anybody help with the mark of this vase? I'm having hard time finding anything resembling this one...

Thanks in advance,

Looks like a modern piece made in an injection mold to me.

I believe the red base mark says 'Guang Cai' (廣彩), Guangzhou-ornamented', which carries a probably intended implication of antiquity in its old meaning of 'Decorated at Canton'. The vase is modern, possibly from a factory that ornaments porcelain blanks from Jingdezhen.

Best regards,

Bill H.
