Reads 'Momoi zô' (桃井造 - made by Momoi).
According to Fredric T. Schneider 'The Art of Japanese Cloisonné Enamel' (mark #130) this refers to Momoi Eishô (active ca. 1860s-?) or Momoi Tatsuo (active at least late Meiji era). Eishô - Nagoya, Kyoto and Tokyo; Tatsuo - Yokohama, in use late Meiji era.

Can you post an image the complete item?

Guy.

Thanks so much for your help. The Vase is a huge example, I presume a Shop window display or exhibition piece, easily the largest example I have ever seen standing 30 some inches tall !
