My interpretation of the archaic text,
極暗花時人争墓畢竟水楼夢未央
When very dark flowers bloom the rivalty between
people ends in the grave.However, the mirage of
dream is still demanding.
(I think it is a citation from the Dream of the Red Chamber)
辛酉年作　Metal Cock Year (...1921,1981) done
柊珠　　　Zhong Zhu (Signature)
世寧　　　Shi Ninng (Reading of Seal)
This is the art name of the painter
Under this name I could not find painter neither on the net nor in the literature.
At least you know what is written on the picture.
