Posted By: bokaba Mon, Jul 24, 2017 These jars appear to be in the famille verte style that originated during the Kangxi Period (1662-1722). However, in my view, the decoration on your jars are too stiff to be from the Kangxi Period. The foot and porcelain itself appears to be in pristine condition. The enameling appears to be chemical pigments that are applied sloppily and thickly with little shading. These jars are possibly late 19th/early 20th Century, but more like post 1949. |
