Subject:Tinyan Chan Ships in Harbor
Posted By: Dale Tue, Jul 18, 2017 IP: 198.166.248.109 I have a Tinyan Chan painting that is from the 70s or 80s I think. It is a large painting 47 1/2" x 27 1/2" It is a painting of ships in a harbor. I don't know the name or the date of the picture. Any other information would also be helpful. |

Posted By: DALE Fri, Jul 21, 2017 Was told this isn't a Tinyan painting. The lady I bought it from said it was from an art show in the 80s and owned it ever since. So she had owned a fake Tinyan painting all that time and didn't know it. It is a nice painting even if it is a apparently a fake. Apparently Tinyan signs and numbers and names every painting on the back of the canvas. This one has nothing written on the back of the canvas. So I am wondering What's my fake TInyan worth then? |
