The mark reads:
大日本高岡市藤田製
  Empire of Japan,Takaoka City,Fujita product

Fujita Coppery (still existing)is one of the copperware producing companies in Takaoka with
some 400 years of tradition. They are producing
temple - home-use Buddhist tools, bronze statues etc.
This type of mark could have been used between
1889 -1946.
With regards,

'Dai Nippon - Takaoka-shi - Fujita sei' (大日本 高岡市 藤田製 - Great Imperial Japan, made by Fujita in Takaoka town).
