1st scroll reads,
松渓漁楽 Pine valley, pleasure of fishing
画癸酉年 Painted,in the year of Water-Bird
(..1933,1993)
春 In spring
楽山 Leshan (Reading of the seal)
Possibly Dong Leshan (東楽山)Scroll painter.

2nd scroll,
It is too cursive, so I am not sure about a few
characters, but I hope it does not bother much in the basic understanding.
秋山事鵞貫過橋 Autumn mountain, geese are about to cross a bridge
河流〼 The flow of the river 〼 (?)
楽山 Leshan (Seal)
         Same with the 1st scroll.
古大子楽 Old boy Le
(Could be his art name)
3rd scroll,
房宮面 The face of Fang Palace
邨上 表記 (To)Qiu Shang Given as a token
Sorry, momentan I cannnot find the cue to read
the seal, but as soon as I know, I will let it know.
With reagards,

Big discovery !
Meantime, I have figured out the correct reading of the seal belonging to the 3rd scroll.
Seal reads,
袁江 Yuan jiang
Knowing the correct reading, I have to amend the reading of signature.(I read the last two
very cursive characters wrongly 表記 (given as token).
The correct reading is,
邨上 Tunshang In the village
袁江 Yuan Jiang
Yuan Jiang (cca 1671-1746) was a famous painter
in the Qing dynasty, painting mountains and
magnificient pavillons.
His works are selling for fortunes on auction.
Please cheque it on the web.
I hope I made a wonderful day to you.
With regards,

Dear Colin,
From the 3rd scroll I could see yesterday the upper part of the vertical script and the whole top top script was missing, what caused the reason for wrong translation of the title.
Now, I can see the whole scroll.
The top line reads,
阿房宮圖 Picture of Epang (or Afang)
Palace
(Ref. Google)
Right top smaller vertical script and seal
both reads,
西高 Xigao (Could be one of the art
name of the painter)
Left vertical line scrip is the same with this
new amended translation
Signature and seal, already done yesterday.
Big seal on the middle reads,
三希堂精鑑壐 Sanxitang Seal
This rectangular seal was dedicated to the Qing
Emperor Qianlong and was affixed on paintings and calligraphic works seen by the Emperor himself.
If the scroll is not forged, as I mentioned
could have a worth of small fortune.
I can't vouch for anything.
With regards,

Unfortunately neither of these paintings has any substantive relationship with Yuan Jiang other than the name that is signed to them. Instead they date from recent decades, decorative value.
