Subject:Need help interpreting signature and seal

I purchased an Asian water color today and I don't know anything about it. It is a landscape scene of an island with a dwelling on it and a boat. Measures about 20" wide by 10" high. It has a signature and seal in the bottom left corner and another seal in the top right corner.
Can anyone interpret the signature and seals for me and identify the country of origin?
I would graciously appreciate any help.
