Subject:Japanese print any ideas

Hi picked this up a while ago and found a little info on it apparently advertisement for medicine any ideas for checking age etc size around 500mm x 350mm cheers chris

You are right.
Wakyo-gan (pill) was a gastrointestinal medicine
thought to have been sold in the Meiji era.
Readings,
官許　和胸丸　Oficially licenced Wakyo-gan (Pill)
備後尾道本店　Bingo Onomichi main store
天命堂謹製　　Made by Tenmeido
大人小兒はら一さい　For both adult and child
abdomen
Each small picture around (with name of symptoms) depicts a kind of disease, e.g.
drunkenness,detoxification,vomiting and diarrhoea, sore throat,waterborn poisoning etc.
