Does someone recognize the signature and date on this painting. Probably Japanese or eventually Chinese.
I read the signature partially as 瀧山之...

The picture is Japanese, and the text is translated as follows,
嘉永 癸 六年八月 Kaei, Mizunoto, Roku-nen Hachigatsu
August of Kaei 6th year (1853) in the last celestial stem (Mizunoto)of the sexagesimal cycle
Signature,
瀧山之石 畫  Ryuzan no Ishi or
Takiyama no Ishi Ga (Picture)
This is an art-name. I could not find even a trace of it on the Japanese language net.

印 In = Seal (Handpainted)
