Subject:Antique Chinese Blue & White Cup Need Character Translation

Hoping to get some help in the Translation of the Chinese Characters on the Bottom of the Cup. Also any Knowledgeable Collectors Personal Take on this Cup and its BLUE & White Design, Etc. Really would Appreciate ANY help on this Piece! Thank You Very Much! Sincerely, Gary Knudtzon

Judging from the marking and inscription the
cup should be Japanese made.
The blue marking reads,
白芳  Hakuho(u)
Under this name I could not find any pottery or
porcelain maker in Japan.
The black inscription reads,
近江屋商店  Oumiya Shouten (Store(s))
Throughout the country there are a few dozens of stores and shops with this name selling different types of commodities, including
porcelains.
We also can not rule out the possibility of
being Korean made.
