Why do you think it's a calligraphy book? I can see a japanese text, which is read from right to left and from top to bottom. The title begins with 24.
That's all I can say for the moment.

This is a Japanese Edo Period illustrated guide-book,
published in 2 parts 10 volumes in 1803 and 1809.
Your book is the 1st volume of 2nd part with the title
"Musashi"(Province)
The whole work describes the distinguished temples and historical sites related to the Japanese Heian Period
monk Shinran and his disciples in visiting order.
Title page reads,
二十四軰順拝圖會 Nijuyohai Junpai Zukai
Twenty-four party worship route in visiting order with chart
後編 Second Part
武蔵 Musashi Province

With regards,
I.Nagy
