Can anyone help with the calligraphy and age of this seal?

Front side;
如山人拍 Flatter like a hermit
Seal:
優居天地 ― Good Home is Heaven
(The 1st character`s seal script form is derived from the
caligraphical abreviated form of 優)
It looks like a leisure seal of artist.

With regards,
I.Nagy

I would be interested to know myself if this is genuinely old; the patina looks really good, especially the reddish high points.

The phrase "flatter like a hermit" is pretty interesting too, I suppose positive words from a hermit are more trustworthy than from a merchant or politician who may be out to trick you haha.

Kind regards

Thanks J Lim
From what period does this type of script originate?
