Probably woodblock print by RongBaoZhai in Beijing. They published many Qi BaiShi paintings.

Inscription reads,
八硯樓頭久別人 Seeing off people at the Bayanlou Tower
白石老眼 Baishi the Dim-sighted
Seals:
Small seal under the signature reads,
白石老人 Baishi the Old Man
(The problem with this seal, that it is not listed under the almost 200 seal prints used by the artist)
Beginning seal, (Leisure seal)
悔烏堂 Hall of Repenting Crow
(In this seal print a short stroke is missing from the second character in comparison with the print
listed in the seal dictionary)
Furthermore, the "Dim-sighted" art name is not listed in the dictionary.
The entire style of calligraphy is different. The curved first stroke in character 石 can not be seen elsewhere.

With regards,
I.Nagy
