Nice! I love your juxtaposition of the photos, you are great about doing this well. I lack the sophistication for it.
The scales on your carp certainly seem more naturalistic, but the two versions generally seem quite close.
Is that a Shiqu Baoji inventory seal at the bottom right of the inscription? If so have you been able to check whether the catalog includes this picture?
The positioning and spacing of the seals concerns me: rather than group them along the edges of the work and in corners, as was common for old paintings, they are spaced out and away from the picture's edges, a practice I have seen on a lot of modern fakes.
Similarly, the distress of the paper seems at odds with the state of preservation of the imagery, which I have also observed in recent imitations, though it's hard to tell much specific from photos of photos.
