Quite individualistic style calligraphy,
Signature,
口川紳　　口kawa Shin (First character unidentifiable)
Tentatively; 前川紳　　Maekawa Shin
Reading of seal,
東愼　　　Tōshin (Prudence of East)- Possibly Art-Name
Under name of Maekawa Shin, I could not find artist.
