Reading of inscription,
家鳴寫心堂 - Yanari Shashindō - Yanari Hall of
Heart Writting (Inner Feelings)
The inscription rather sounds me something to do with supernatural monsters or demons from Japanese
folklore.
Yanari is the name of a demon who makes the houses and furnitures trembling during the night.
The seal like marking can be interpreted as a variant character of
佬 Rō - Old man (used only in Chinese)
or
催 Sai - Hasten, Urge

It also can not be ruled out that the inscription is Chinese - however its meaning is the same.

With regards,
I.Nagy

Correction,
The seal rather reads,
作 - Made
