The mark reads: Hichozan 肥碟山 Shinpo 信甫 Zo 造 (Made by Shinpo for Hichozan).
If you search the internet with these 2 names together, you will find a lot of data.

P.S. Maybe you know,what is different between

Hichozan 肥碟山 Shinpo 信甫 Zo 造

and

Hichozan 肥碟山 Shinpo 信甫 Sei 製

please

"Sei" is literally: Made / Made by / Made in

Zo (also referred as Tsukuru) is literally translated as: construction / constructed in / constructed by (put together ?) so --> made.

Seldom are both options Sei and Zo used in the same mark, so it looks that just one of the 2 possibilities is chosen.
But perhaps someone on the forum knows the real explanation?
