Signature reads,
雨華道一筆 - Uge Doichi-hitsu - Brush of Uge Doichi
Art name of Sakai Doichi 酒井道一 (1845-1913)
Japanese Rimpa School painter. His real name is Yamamoto Minosuke, Art name: Doichi and Uge-an, Became an adopted son of Sakai Sagiichi(painter)
Sorry, I am not sure about the seal reading.

With regards,
I.Nagy

Thank you I.Nagy. The seal isn't very clear so would have been amazed if anyone could decipher it
I hope you could lend your knowledge/help to the other side ? I couldn't upload it at the time

Thanks in advance
