Subject:Help Identifying this figure. Who is this? Material?

Hey all,

I recently bought this little totem at a flea market and I need help identifying him.

My best guess is that he is Shou, god of longevity. The tablet implies perhaps Rahula? But there are some variations, particularly in the position of his hands, head shape etc. Any help is appreciated!
