Hi, I received this scroll from a close friend who said his father in law received it as a gift about 1915 from an Asian student he was teaching. Can you tell me anything about it and possibly the artist name. Greatly appreciated.

Starting seal,
粥翁　-　Rice Millet Old Man (Another sobriquet)
Leisure seal (Right lower corner)
粥翁歸隠後作　-　Made by Rice Millet Old man After Returning from Seclusion

Tang Yifen　- 湯胎汾　1778-1853　Qing dynasty military officer of Jiangsu, poet, calligrapher and landscape painter.
