Quite surprised that nobody has so far translated the calligraphy and the seal as I honestly thought it would be pretty easy for some of the experts on the forum to do so.
Hope somebody does oblige.

Seal,
王旭　　-　Wang Xu - Surname and name

Artist's name was not included in any of the
ID dictionaries. The search on the Chinese languaege brought 3 hits, but 2 of them were born after 1970 )The styles according to the attached images were very different. The 3rd
painter is also a contemporay artist from Taiwan, without any biograpycal detail or accompanying image.
