The attribution line (bottom left) of the inscription says "Wang Qi" (1884-1937), who was a member of the famed "Eight Friends of Zhushan", who worked at China's Jingdezhen porcelain center in the late 19th-early 20th century. See link to a 1931 example auctioned by Sotheby's in 2013. Rat can make a more authorative assessment of authenticity of the one shown in this thread.
Rich, is this something you have in your possession or are contemplating purchasing? Any provenance? Wang and other in the Eight Friends group are widely copied nowadays.
