This is the 3rd bottle (glass) from the set which I recently purchased, and I am hoping someone will be able to translate the calligraphy for me.

This appears to be another title, "Slopes beyond the walls at Qingshan" (Qing shan guo wai xie - 青山郭外斜).

There are a couple of prominent spots in China named Qingshan ("Green Hills" a.k.a. "The Good Life"), a district at Wuhan Municipality in Hubei Province and another one at Baotou Municipality, Inner Mongolia. If I had to guess, I'd say this may be meant as a depiction of scenery near Wuhan.

This is painted by an artist from the Shangdong painting school, centered around Beijing in late 19th/early 20th Century. With no signature, it is hard to say who painted it.

The　"Slopes beyond the walls at Qingshan" (青山郭外斜) is the 4th line of Meng Haoran's
poem titled "Visit to an old friend" (過故人荘）
Meng Haoran 孟浩然　689-740 Tang dynasty landscape poet.
